If you're in the EU and select TRACKED POSTAL SERVICE at checkout, orders are shipped 'Delivered Duty Paid' which means you will not be charged for VAT on your shipment and there are no extra charges. If you select EXPRESS or UNTRACKED POSTAL SERVICE then you may be liable to pay the VAT on your order at your local rate (depending on the products) plus a surcharge for the admin. Outside the EU such charges remain the responsibility of the customer regardless of which shipping service is used.
