Sometimes items may take a while to arrive in certain parts of the world. We have two shipping options – one with tracking that gives you a code, and one without. If you opt for tracking, you receive a tracking code that can help you watch your item move from our warehouse to it’s destination. Without tracking, however, please give items up to 20 working days in order to get to you. If you have paid for tracking, but not received it, email us and we will get it to you.

We ship from different warehouses depending on where the delivery address is located. If you have not received your order after 20 working days, please contact the appropriate warehouses as below:
